A Place of Love and Beauty

Uncle S came to visit us.   

He had never seen the Sacramento Temple, so we decided to have Family Home Evening there.
 

We walked the temple grounds and played "Brother/Father May I" while we awaited the sun to set.

 The evening was chilly and there were rain clouds in the distance. Beautiful!

As we were about to leave, we saw our friends who had recently lost their dear wife and mother.

They were celebrating the oldest son's birthday with a trip to the temple.  

I like to think that both of our families were remembering this:

For the temple is a holy place

Where we are sealed together.

As a child of God, I've learned this truth:

A fam'ly is forever.
