Hard Working Dad and Son #1 visit a beautiful 90 year old woman once a month. She's a wonderful woman and she looks amazing! A couple of months ago, she mentioned that her son started a blog and that we should check it out. We have, and we love it! We have been using some of the ideas from his blog to make healthier eating choices. He shares ways in which we can fully obey the commandment known as the Word of Wisdom.
